Booking
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
- Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- Game coverage is booked first come, first served.
- The remaining 50% is due when the work is edited and ready.
Before you book
Clear policies. No surprises.
Submitting the request form confirms that you have read and agreed to these policies.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability.
- With proper notice, the deposit may transfer to a new game within 30 days.
- League or team postponements may transfer to the rescheduled game at no extra cost.
Weather
- Outdoor games may be postponed or canceled because of weather.
- If a game is delayed, I will make every reasonable effort to remain when my schedule allows.
- Coverage may end early or be rescheduled if conditions become unsafe.
- The final weather-related coverage decision rests with the photographer.
Payment
- Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle and cash are accepted.
- Full payment must be received before edited work is delivered.
- Payments are non-refundable after game coverage has taken place.
Travel
- There is no travel fee within the local service area.
- Trips under a 55-mile round trip have no travel fee.
- Trips over a 55-mile round trip are charged $0.50 per mile traveled.
Delivery & editing
- Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days.
- Tournaments or multiple-game bookings may require more time.
- Finished work is delivered through an online gallery or download link.
- Every delivered image is professionally edited; RAW files are not provided.
- Editing outside the standard style may cost extra.
Sports coverage
- Specific plays, athletes or moments cannot be guaranteed.
- I make every reasonable effort to capture each booked athlete.
- Playing time, injuries and coaching decisions may affect the number of images.
- Only work meeting ShotsByBrody quality standards is delivered.
Image use
- ShotsByBrody retains copyright to all images.
- Clients receive a personal-use license to download, share and print.
- Images may not be heavily edited, filtered or altered without permission.
- Commercial use requires written approval.
Portfolio & model release
- Booking grants permission to photograph the participating athlete.
- Unless requested otherwise in writing before the game, work may be used on the website, portfolio, social media and marketing.
- Clients who do not want public use must notify me before the game.
Safety
- I will not enter restricted or unsafe areas.
- Coverage may pause or stop if conditions become unsafe.
- Clients and athletes must follow venue, coach and official instructions.
